Planning Consultant Package
A customized package designed to assist with event logistics and design details you would like help with from budget, theme, color, style, vendor referrals, vendor management, vendor meetings, guest accommodations, transportation arrangements, favors, guest welcome packages, seating assignments, programs, event timeline and more.

Day-of-Event Follow Up Package
Day of Coordination Follow up Package to assist you with any follow up information from the design and planning process. Day of Coordination event items, event day timeline, follow up with vendor team contracted for your special event along with meetings before hand to go over any day of event details being executed for your special day. We will meet with you at least 4 – 6 weeks before the day of your event to go over all the updated planning details confirmed, any vendor information and logistics for setup and breakdown. We will also continue to update / revise timeline with any updated information / changes as come into the final days before your event week / weekend.
Day-of-Event Coordination Package
Designed for those who enjoy working with the details for their event; however, would like a helping hand managing all the specifics organized for the event. Everyday Details will help setup any décor, and execute all the details you have put together for your event so you are able to enjoy the event. Remove yourself from the logistics and coordination process the day of the event and enjoy the day with your guests.
